"Good for an overnight stay whilst passing through"

"Free parking, ok for an overnight stay. There's a shuttle bus to the airport round the corner from the hotel. Bed linen clean and fresh. Towels replaced on request. Unfortunately we booked 4 nights whilst visiting family. Rooms are small, tired, not well lit, dusty in areas, carpet and chair were stained, public area smells of cigarettes and corridor had some large unpleasant-looking stains. Sign outside hotel had a different name so we didn't find it originally. Receptionist told us the hotel...

"Ver good hotel. Just be aware you won’t find anyone before 14:30 Hrs. So if you arrive early and if the weather is not good you are out in the open with nowhere to go. Lighting in the rooms could also improve but other than that a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely be staying here in the future ( as long as I arrive after 1430 !! )"
